Not only for artists, CopyIt can be used by anyone holding a pencil and paper and an iOS device. A grid is placed over an image that is loaded from the user’s Photo Album, breaking the image down into small easily manageable work areas. Adjusting the grid size to suit the subject, the user then draws up the same number of grid squares with a pencil on another medium such as paper or canvas. Referring to each square in turn, the user copies what they see. If a different size result is desired then the pencilled grid is drawn larger or smaller on the medium than the original grid size on the device.
